Responsibilities

Some days, you’ll turn a rough idea into a sharp design. Others, you’ll organize client feedback, update a project, put together a presentation, or help get finished work out into the world. If you like variety, have an eye for design, and get satisfaction from making things happen, you’ll probably enjoy working with us. A little about us Hooman Studio is a small, global creative studio based in Vancouver. We work across brands, websites, apps and storytelling. We care about the details, enjoy trying things, and want the work to be something we’re proud to put our name on. You’ll work closely with our founder, Hooman, helping turn ideas, conversations and feedback into finished work. You’ll see projects from the first “what if?” through to delivery, across different industries and alongside designers, writers and developers. What you’ll get into • Design graphics, social content, presentations and other brand materials. • Make design updates and adaptations using existing creative direction. • Turn Loom recordings, notes and client feedback into clear briefs and next steps. • Keep project information, files, review links and deliverables organized. • Coordinate with teammates, collect what’s missing and follow up to keep work moving. • Help with routine written client communication and prepare work for review. • Update portfolio projects and case studies, gathering visuals and shaping how the work is presented. • Explore tools and find useful ways to make everyday work easier. You might be our person if… You have good visual judgment and a portfolio to show it. You’re organized, curious and comfortable communicating in English. You can take a rough brief, ask a useful question, and figure out the next step. You enjoy learning new tools, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and notice the little things: an outdated link, a missing file, a layout that needs another pass. You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who cares, follows through, and wants to grow with the studio. This is a varied, fast-moving role. You’ll help with creative production and project coordination; Hooman will handle sales, contracts, client calls and management decisions. Full-time, remote, with overlap in American time zones. Open to candidates in Venezuela and Nicaragua, including Valencia, Barquisimeto and Managua. We’d love to see how you think.
