Sales Partner (Commission-Only) – Velnor Digital
At Velnor Digital, we design and build websites for businesses: company websites, online stores, landing pages, redesigns, custom WordPress development, SEO, AI automation and monthly maintenance. We work 100% remotely and serve clients worldwide. We’re looking for independent Sales Partners who find, sell and close new clients, in exchange for commission on every closed sale.
Responsibilities
Find businesses that need a new website, a redesign, an online store, SEO or AI automation: professional services, clinics, builders, real estate agencies, retailers, restaurants and startups.
Reach out through LinkedIn, email, phone, social media or your own network, following our outreach rules for each country.
Register every lead in our Lead Registration form. The first partner to register a lead owns it.
Run discovery calls, present the free website review we prepare for each prospect, and agree the scope and price within our price list.
Close the deal and send it to us through the Closed Deal form. We handle the invoice, payment, design, development, launch and support.
What you earn
15% commission on every project the client pays, or 20% when you sell at twice our list price.
10% commission on maintenance and monthly services for the first 12 months, then 5% for as long as the client stays and you’re an active partner.
Bonuses:
$150 if your first client pays within 30 days, or $75 within 60 days.
Quarterly bonuses of $300, $1,000 or $2,500 based on your collected sales.
$200 for each new partner you refer who reaches $2,000 in sales.
Commission paid in USD within 7 days of each client payment, by Payoneer, Wise, PayPal or bank transfer.
No earnings cap.

Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally closing deals with B2B or digital services clients.
Clear and confident communication in English. Other languages are a plus.
Consistent, organized and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the anti-spam and data protection rules in the markets you contact, or the willingness to learn and follow them.
Terms
Commission-only, independent contractor role. There’s no salary or fixed fee: you earn only from sales clients actually pay.
Flexible hours, from any country.
No trial period. You start as a full Sales Partner from the day you sign our written Partner Agreement, which you can review in full before deciding.
Either party can end the agreement with 14 days’ notice, and you keep earning commission on the clients you brought in.
