Responsibilities

Responsibilities - Contact existing and prospective clients by phone, email and other approved channels to generate new expert network projects - Pitch the company's services and convert suitable opportunities into paying client relationships - Follow up with allocated clients, identify upcoming research needs and maximise repeat project activity - Stay the commercial owner of the relationship during live projects and work with the delivery team so booked calls are completed - Protect and grow high value accounts - Keep client activity and project information accurately recorded in company systems.
