Nepali-speaking Chat Support Specialist (Remote) We are growing our chat support team for Nepal and are looking for people who will help users in chat in Nepali and English. What you will do: Answer users' questions in online chat in Nepali and English Pass complex cases to the right team, following clear instructions Check the status of cases and keep users updated Ask users for missing details to solve their issue Requirements: Fluent Nepali (native or close) English B1 or higher - training and team communication are in English 3+ months of experience in written chat support with clients (calls and call center work don't count) Full-time only: not combined with studies or another job Your own laptop or PC, headset with a microphone, stable internet A Telegram account Experience with Jivo, Creatio or other CRM systems is a plus What we offer: Remote work Pay twice a month Paid training and support during onboarding Growth inside an international team We are looking forward to your application!
