We are looking for Success Team Operators to join Track 01 of the bstarOne Vanguard pathway. This is for people ready to pitch and deploy AI Business Operating Systems across those businesses—using our automated diagnostic software, not a personal portfolio. We aren’t looking for spectators. We are looking for operators who will run the framework, build real technical skill, and lock in predictable recurring infrastructure income from day one.

Establish Corporate Presence: Update and link your professional social profiles to the central bstarOne Success Team directory so market authority sits on the team, not on an empty personal site.
Deploy and Retain: Move qualified trials into live AI Business Operating Systems for local businesses, online shops, solopreneurs, and early startups.
💰 Compensation & Model
This is a performance-based infrastructure model designed for operators who want income that starts with the first contract and compounds with every live system.
Recurring Infrastructure Income: Earn from active client systems, not only from the close.
Vanguard Invoicing Loop (Optional): You don’t need an LLC or a business bank account. You bill bstarOne, we invoice the customer under our corporate envelope, and we transfer the funds to you the moment the client pays.
Vanguard Backing: If you execute the framework properly, we reload your marketing credits until you secure your first contract.
