We are hiring a Senior Client Accountant – QuickBooks Online for Coastline Bench, a U.S.-based staffing company supporting a growing American bookkeeping and accounting firm.
Location: Fully remote, candidates based in Latin America only. Preferred countries include Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and Chile.
Employment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $1,200–$1,400 USD per month, depending on experience.
Schedule: Consistent overlap with U.S. business hours required. Exact working hours to be agreed during the interview process.
We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who can independently manage multiple U.S. client accounts, own month-end close, diagnose QuickBooks Online discrepancies, prepare financial statements, and communicate directly with U.S. clients.
Required qualifications:
Strong hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
Experience independently managing multiple U.S. accounting clients.
Month-end close, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. accrual accounting, adjusting journal entries, and financial reporting.
Ability to independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong client communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience:
U.S. CPA or bookkeeping firm experience.
E-commerce accounting involving Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or Amazon.
QuickBooks cleanup projects.
Experience reviewing or supervising junior accountants.
The selected professional will initially take ownership of approximately two established client accounts, with potential to support additional clients and take on leadership responsibilities.
This is a senior accounting opportunity, not an entry-level bookkeeper, data-entry, or accounts payable processing position.
