micro1 is hiring experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers for an AI training project focused on software development, debugging, technical problem-solving, system architecture, and code evaluation.You’ll work on challenging engineering tasks across both front-end and back-end systems, including building, reviewing, debugging, and validating software solutions. The role may also involve translating complete coding projects from one programming language to another.Candidates should have strong hands-on experience across the full application stack and be comfortable working beyond a single area of specialization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and debug front-end and back-end components.Build user-facing features along with supporting APIs, services, and data models.Trace data and requests across applications, APIs, databases, and external integrations.Navigate and contribute to unfamiliar codebases and software architectures.Troubleshoot issues involving application state, APIs, authentication, databases, networking, and deployment.Evaluate and improve code across multiple programming languages.Review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, security, completeness, and maintainability.RequirementsStrong professional experience building production-grade full-stack applications.Hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end development.Production experience with multiple programming languages.Strong understanding of browser applications, APIs, databases, application state, and service integrations.Ability to understand and contribute to complete software-system architectures.Comfortable working in unfamiliar repositories and codebases.Excellent debugging and technical problem-solving abilities.Hiring ProcessApply and complete the screening questions.Complete an approximately 30-minute AI interview.Complete a technical assessment, if required.Proceed through the hiring manager review.Compensation is output-based, with experts paid per completed task that meets project requirements.
