Requirements and responsibilities

Tasks/Responsibilities: ● Evaluate each team member’s outputs per task based on the client's instruction and overall website aesthetics and functionality. ● Do a thorough Quality Assurance (first round) on all submitted tickets. ● Assign revisions and point out improvement areas to the Virtual Assistant. ● Help Team Lead in providing learning opportunities to the team. ● Perform weekly performance assessment of members (Quality part). ● Submit a daily team productivity report. ● Update SOP and Guidelines per team. ● Report any recurring issues during Quality Assurance Check to the Team Manager. ● Provide updates to the team from IM and Manager. ● Be the Team Leader’s backup when they are on leave. Minimum Qualifications: ● HTML & CSS ● Photoshop CC ● Advance knowledge of cloud-based platforms including Slack, Google for Business, Dropbox. Preferred Qualifications: ● Curious about all things tech ● Experience with WordPress ● Creative and passionate perspective in UI Design ● Entry knowledge about JavaScript & JSON is a plus ● Flexible to jump between projects with tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results. ● Entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment. ● We're looking for someone who pays ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
