Responsibilities & more

• Through a combination of video sessions and chat, work with members to set weekly, personalized goals. • Listen deeply to, and empathize and connect with members to continuously build rapport and trust. • Come to work every day with a positive attitude, such that members look forward to engaging with you. • Monitor and provide feedback on members’ daily metrics to encourage behavior change. • Aggregate / synthesize member feedback and trends to drive product roadmap. • Partner with the Head of Coaching to identify best practices and standardize processes to scale the team. • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with team members across Product, UX, Clinical, Content and Legal, to continuously improve the coaching, sharing insights and best practices.
