The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and systems and will be adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and performance. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Requirements Gathering and Analysis: * Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. * Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications. Solution Design and Implementation: * Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. * Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and comply with company standards. Project Management: * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. System Testing and Validation: * Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes and enhancements meet business requirements. * Identify and troubleshoot issues, working with technical teams to implement fixes. Stakeholder Communication: * Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear and effective communication. * Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and training materials for stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions. * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role. * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and system implementations.
