(NHA) is seeking a Business/System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and defining business needs, producing detailed requirements documents, and supporting the implementation of required changes. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a one-year term. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and meet with stakeholders to assess current business processes and gather business needs - Write effective and detailed business and user requirements for systems development staff - Review change requests, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials - Assist with implementation of business/IT solutions and testing of applications - Identify recommendations and implement business processes and system improvements - Adhere to systems development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and participate in peer review of requirements documentation - Employ various methods to capture and validate core business requirements - Apply changes, updates, and corrections to requirements or other products as needed - Perform other duties as assigned by manager
