• Attracting and hiring top-tier talent for diverse roles.
• Sourcing and recruiting talent.
• Managing the applicant tracking system.
• Handling all communications with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and internal points of contact.
• Ensuring fast decision-making and preventing delays in the recruitment process.
