As a consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and finding solutions for technical and essential problems across various SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them with the right solutions, and support business teams on data migration activities. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors customer support or implementation projects, basic knowledge of any module in SuccessFactors, knowledge of HR processes, and good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: - Analyze and find solutions for technical and essential problems across various SAP SuccessFactors modules - Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them with the right solutions - System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook - Support business teams on data migration activities - Support the release management process by preparing an overview of the new features and functions in SAP SuccessFactors
