Together, we will create innovative solutions that address customer challenges, fuel revenue growth, and ensure lasting customer success. Your role will be instrumental in cultivating strong customer relationships, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction, and firmly establishing Binalyze's market presence. 🔵 What We're Looking For: ◽ Proven experience in pre-sales or customer-facing consulting roles within cyber tech-based organizations. ◽ Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. ◽ Skilled at highlighting the value of solutions to potential customers. ◽ Competency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and collaborating with technical teams. ◽ In-depth knowledge of sales processes and aligning solutions with customer needs. ◽ Strong customer-centric mindset to understand and meet unique client requirements. ◽ Experience working in startups or remote-first companies and ability to operate independently. 🔵 You'll be involved in the following activities (and a whole lot more!): ◽ Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations. ◽ Act as a technical liaison between sales/business development and engineering groups. ◽ Understand and develop solutions that further client business strategies and resolve issues. ◽ Deliver training sessions to customers on Binalyze's products and offerings. ◽ Participate in sales pipeline-building activities, including trade shows, webinars, and events. ◽ Offer pre and post-sales technical support for client engagements. ◽ Maintain and create technical documentation for operational readiness. ◽ Collaborate with sales teams to create pre-sales materials from a customer perspective. ◽ Provide a proof-of-concept environment and consultation on solution feasibility and implementation.
