The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct procurement interaction and involvement within the KSA Projects, supplier selection, PO issuance, and managing direct project procurement forecasts. This role also involves supporting the Bid Procurement Manager and Sales teams for local opportunities with KSA customers. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain, good Arabic and English communication and negotiation skills, and good analytical and reporting skills. Understanding economic, cultural, and market aspects in Saudi Arabia is essential for this role. The job requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity. Responsibilities: - Initiate RfP, Supplier Selection, and PO issuance to local suppliers - Deliver on Time, on Cost, and on Quality for supplied products and/or services - Lead a compliant supplier selection process according to Airbus regulations & processes - Archive the local procurement POs/Contracts (files & Google Drive) - Manage and follow any actions between the internal customers and the suppliers - Manage the Direct Project Procurement forecasts and align with Financial controlling where necessary - Support the Bid Procurement Manager and Sales teams for local opportunities with KSA customers and other countries in the region
