Responsibilities & more

As a BIM modeler, you will create 3D models for MEP systems, architectural and structural using BIM software, produce construction documents, and collaborate with stakeholders. 🟡 Responsibilities: ◽ Knowledge of Autodesk Revit software. ◽ Knowledge of BIM methodology standards (Penn State). ◽ Experience with BIM modeling and drafting. ◽ Familiarity with international building codes (optional). ◽ Strong communication and collaboration skills. 🟡 Responsibilities: ◽ Provide construction documents for the architectural and engineering department. ◽ Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. ◽ Add construction elements for library objects and link their data. ◽ Follow design protocols established by the office, the international building code, and the current Florida building code. ◽ Assist with documentation of the BIM library. ◽ Keep up-to-date with new software and technology developments in BIM and implement best practices.
