Key responsibilities: - Own the inbox: Manage Zendesk tickets from first touch to full resolution with speed and accuracy. - Communicate clearly and empathetically: Translate tax and bookkeeping details into plain English. - Troubleshoot independently: Use tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, and internal systems to diagnose and resolve issues. - Keep internal knowledge sharp: Update macros, templates, and documents for future use. - Spot trends: Identify and propose fixes to recurring problems. - Maintain data integrity: Double-check all figures, forms, and files. - Track what matters: Prioritize client satisfaction, resolution speed, and zero-error delivery. Qualifications: - 2+ years in a fast-paced client support or success role (accounting experience is a plus) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency in modern business tools and platforms. - Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Stable internet connection and reliable work environment. - Availability to work Monday to Friday during either of the approved time zones.
