Position Overview: The Inbound Sales Associate will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers via calls, texts, and emails. The role is focused on converting inquiries into confirmed rentals, handling objections effectively, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective customers. Communicate clearly and persuasively to convert leads into rental agreements. Handle customer objections with professionalism and persistence. Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with all customer inquiries. Maintain a high conversion rate and contribute directly to revenue growth. Qualifications: Strong spoken English with clear communication skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call-based roles. Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions. Ability to work US business hours (CST time zone). Reliable internet connection and quality headset. Nice-to-Haves: South Africa–based candidates. Strong phone presence with a natural ability to make customers feel valued. Prior experience in inbound sales or the rental/storage industry.
