🚀Job Description🚀 As a Software Engineer (SAP CRM ABAP Techno Functional) and member of an Agile Capability Team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy leading edge SAP CRM based solutions that will deliver value to our customers. The team leverages multiple technologies including SAP Fiori, SAP CRM, and SAP PO BRM to deliver these new innovative solutions. ✨Key Responsibilities✨ ✅Business Requirements Analysis ✅Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to ensure, an understanding of business priorities. ✅Creates and executes required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components. ✅Helps to create a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency. ✅Collaborates with capability team to build an agile culture in teams. ✅Identify design problems and devise usable solutions. ✅Builds strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. ✅Develop, test, debug, and implement SAP ABAP applications by working closely with functional and testing teams. ✅Partner with functional team to understand business requirements and prepare technical design specifications for applications. ✅Provide advanced problem-solving and technical support, including on-call support for SAP CRM Applications, interfaces and WRICEFS. ✅Follow established patterns, framework, and procedures to develop and enhance SAP Applications ✅Assist other SAP ABAP Developers as needed in relation to ABAP, BOI and OData services. ✅Contribute ideas to improve utilization of SAP technologies and programming currently being used. ✅Participate in road map activities in the assessment of emerging technologies. ✨Basic Qualifications✨ ✅Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience ✅4+ years’ experience with SAP CRM ABAP / WEBUI development (Reports, BADI/BAPIs, User Exits/Enhancements, SAPScripts, ✅SmartForms, interfaces) in a professional environment. ✅Strong English speaking and writing skills ✅Extensive experience in SAP CRM ABAP Development. ✅Experience in SAP CRM Web UI configuration and customizing and BOL programming. ✅Experience in OData Service consumption on UI using GET, PUT, POST methods. ✅Experience in SAP FIORI/UI Development will be considered as an advantage. ✅Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools and deployment of application on BTP is a plus. ✅Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs. ✅Basic knowledge and experience of one or more SAP CRM modules ✨Preferred Qualifications✨ ✅Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline ✅Experience in systems development lifecycle ✅Experience with Agile development methodologies ✅Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas. ✅Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements. ✅Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities ✅Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies ✅Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions. ✅Strong teamwork, customer service, and organizational skills
