Responsibilities

🔵 Requirements: ◽ Proficient experience in budget, cost control, cost estimation and project management. ◽ Sales support experience is a plus. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Collaborate with internal project teams and external vendors to develop detailed cost estimates for material handling system integration projects. ◽ Collaborate with internal project teams and external vendors to develop preliminary project schedules. ◽ Develop high-level rough order of magnitude pricing for material handling system integration projects leveraging rules of thumb and historical data. ◽ Create RFQs for equipment and services to solicit bids from vendors. ◽ Present project budgets to sales and leadership. ◽ Maintain awareness of current market conditions that affect pricing and lead times. ◽ Review RFP (Request for Proposal) documentation, quotes, drawings, and other relevant documents in detail. ◽ Lead the hand-off of project budgets to the implementation team. ◽ Assist sales teams with the creation of sales proposals and presentations as needed.
