Manage the interview scheduling for all final round candidates. Manage onsite candidate experience, including candidate check-in, ensuring interviews are running smoothly and on time, conducting candidate tours, and working closely with leaders in the business. Update and maintain applicant tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide occasional support with recruitment events and initiatives.
