Requirements and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our high performing team Clinical Supervisor reports to Clinical Director (or Chief Clinical Officer if none). Responsibilities: • Create personalized treatment plans for early learners. • Provide ongoing and responsive case management which meets the client's unique needs. • Demonstrate leadership qualities while providing effective training and learning opportunities for employees. • Provide practical and compassionate parent education and training to assist families in supporting the client's needs. • Manage clinical schedule to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
