NationSwell Fellows Community Lead at NationSwell

The NationSwell Fellows program empowers young leaders to drive change in their communities. NationSwell is seeking a part-time NationSwell Fellows Community Lead to support the NationSwell Fellows Program. The Community Lead will collaborate with the team to design programming, manage communications with the fellows, coordinate speakers, and provide ongoing support to the fellows. This is a remote position with a compensation of $30/hr. Responsibilities: - Collaborate and project manage the design of relevant programming and experiences - Manage communications with the fellows - Manage feedback loops from the cohort and provide support across communication channels - Manage and coordinate fellows and potential speakers - Participate in the application process - Assist in identifying relevant themes and topics for program events - Coordinate team, sponsors, guest speakers, and Fellows' calendars - Build Fellows resources - Continue working with the team for ongoing program communications - Help facilitate program events, meetings, and mixers - Manage online slack platform - Provide support and assistance to the fellows - Manage ongoing fellows communications - Continue facilitating program events, meetings, and mixers - Assist team in Summit coordination and additional programming - Wrap-up program: building records and output, analyzing data, follow-ups with fellows and mentors
