🔵 This role will never get boring! Being a real estate investment company, the type of transactions that we deal with are always interesting, to say the least. From seller family drama to squatters in a property, surprise foreclosures, and much more. There will always be something new to keep you on your toes. 🔵 The mission of the transaction specialist is to effectively and efficiently manage and facilitate the process in taking a client (property owner) from a contract signed to deal CLOSED and money in their pocket, with the highest level of customer service and professionalism possible. The transaction Coordinator role is also designed to go above and beyond the day-to-day management of transactions and improve the overall operational efficiency of the department and company. This position is a crucial driver of revenue. So the transaction coordinator must be looking at all open transactions and strategizing which transactions can close when to hit our revenue goals. ▪️ Communication with the seller & buyers clients throughout the transaction. ▪️ Proactively addressing potential issues before they arise. ▪️ Review contracts & title commitments. ▪️ Clear title issues. ▪️ Complete heirship documents. ▪️ Continue finding a way to get every deal to the closing table.
