Flowers of Charlotte is seeking an excellent customer service representative to assist customers with product selection, process transactions, and track inventory levels. The candidate will collaborate with the Wedding/Events specialist to plan and execute weddings and events, create floral arrangements, and provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required. The candidate must have creativity and exceptional floral design skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in work schedule is required, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, process transactions, and track inventory levels
- Receive and organize shipments of flowers and supplies
- Assist with restocking and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with the Wedding/Events specialist to plan and execute weddings and events
- Assist with client consultations, provide advice, and answer questions
- Develop, price, and present proposals for floral arrangements
