Requirements and responsibilities


Who You Are: - Experienced: At least 3 years in technical recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements with a broad scope of industries; tech, finance, marketing, development, etc. - Recruitment/Staffing Agency Experience: Knowledge working within the BPO and recruitment/staffing industry, as well as experience working with U.S., Canadian, or Australian companies. - Skilled Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS & CRM systems, and platforms like LinkedIn. - Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment. - Passionate: Enthusiastic about connecting talent with opportunities and making an impact. - Accountable: Takes action, accountability, and has the “figure it out” mentality which is important in a startup environment. What You'll Do: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across industries. - Source, screen, and shortlist down to 3-5 final qualified candidates per position. - Follow the Globaltize Interview Framework to assess candidates and provide detailed feedback. - Negotiate salaries within client budgets and send offers via PandaDoc. - Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring engagement. - Use Hubspot to track candidates, ensuring complete and accurate records. - Implement and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency. - Build and organize a database of candidates for future roles. - Participate in team meetings, share insights, and improve recruitment strategies. - Dedicate time to professional development and stay updated on industry trends. - Submit daily reports summarizing recruitment progress and key updates. - Ensure timely responses to candidates and clients to deliver top candidates for every role. - Utilize Job boards and Linkedin for getting candidates - Conduct Interviews and maintain and open interview booking schedule
