Requirements and responsibilities

Location: Remote — preference for candidates who can overlap 4–6 hours with Singapore time. Who we’re looking for: * Hands-on experience in SEO link building and outreach, confident using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to find and secure quality backlinks. * Proactive and resourceful, able to secure quality backlinks with smart tactics even on tight budgets. * Organized, independent, and able to track outreach and follow-ups using detailed spreadsheets. Who this role is not for: * Candidates used to large budgets and slow processes. * Those who expect to pay for links rather than using creativity and resourcefulness. * Individuals uncomfortable with hands-on outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building. What you'll do: * Use Ahrefs and other tools to identify high-quality backlink opportunities on relevant, trustworthy websites. * Reach out to website owners, publishers, and editors to pitch and secure relevant, high-authority backlinks. * Develop and maintain a detailed tracking spreadsheet to log outreach, responses, follow-ups, and link status. * Follow up persistently to maximize response rates and secure more links. * Apply creative, budget-friendly strategies to earn backlinks organically—without relying on paid placements.
