Position: Live Chat Support
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Representative to provide exceptional service and technical assistance via our live chat platform. You will help maintain our reputation for excellent customer service while supporting sales and promoting our services.
Pay: \$28.38 - \$32.89 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide technical support via live chat.
* Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and promote services.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and offer the best solutions.
* Stay informed on products and services to assist customers effectively.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
* Use customer feedback to identify service and process improvements.

* Follow company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in live chat.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus.
