Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software components and their test suite. Evaluate, select, and integrate 3rd party services, libraries, and components. Lead the backend team (currently 3 engineers). Build and maintain efficient, reusable CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to key architecture decisions. Continuously improve our systems, processes, and infrastructure. Collaborate with other teams (frontend, embedded). Assess the feasibility of projects and customer requirements. Build and maintain documentation. Do code reviews and be code reviewed. Communicate well and manage knowledge exchange in the team. Debug problems and diagnose performance issues.
