Job OverviewThe Oracle Fusion Financials Architect delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain Enterprise Fusion Suite.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design and project reviewsIdentify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for functions such as:Financial Accounting and Financial ReportingAssets and ProjectsBanking and SettlementExpensesGrantsEndowmentsDevelop and execute unit and system test plansDrive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoringHelp troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutionsIdentify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention and integrationSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service linesQualifications7+ years of experience of ERP Finance implementation experience requiredMinimum of two full life cycle implementation with Oracle Fusion FinanceOracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion FinanceDemonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client managementExperience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionalityExperience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best PracticesHealthcare experience required; patient accounting knowledge preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceProficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirableAbility to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentationsExcellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skillsTeam player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environmentAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
