Implement and document complex enterprise datacenter solutions strictly based on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5.x) architectures and defined guidelines. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to implement scalable and high-quality solutions within the VCF ecosystem (including SDDC Manager, vSphere 8, vSAN, and NSX). Participate in system migrations, VCF lifecycle upgrades, integrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Conduct technical assessments and support proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations focused on full VCF deployments and workload domain creation. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges specific to VCF environments and recommend effective, long-term solutions. Develop technical documentation, diagrams, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for VCF configuration and administration. Ensure all virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions strictly follow organizational standards, VMware industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle of VMware Cloud Foundation implementations. Collaborate with Architects to maintain architectural consistency across all VCF-driven projects. Contribute to technical knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers on SDDC management and VCF operations when required.
