Collectively, we deliver services across the data center industry.Job SummaryQC Servion is seeking an Account Executive to support client growth, account expansion, and cross-ecosystem business development across the QC Ecosystem.This role is responsible for managing and growing assigned client relationships while helping connect clients to the full range of ecosystem capabilities, including engineering services, commissioning, cooling infrastructure, integration, software/data, and related technical solutions.The ideal candidate is commercially strong, technically fluent, and comfortable working across multiple internal entities and client stakeholders. This role requires someone who can identify opportunity, coordinate internal teams, support complex pursuits, and help move client needs into actionable scopes of work.This is not a transactional sales role. It requires a relationship-driven professional who can engage with technical and commercial stakeholders, understand client needs, and help expand business across current and emerging accounts.Essential FunctionsAccount Management & Growth Manage assigned client relationships and support overall account growth.Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Develop a strong understanding of client needs, business drivers, and upcoming project opportunities.Support account planning and relationship mapping for strategic clients.Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen engagement and uncover new opportunities.Cross-Ecosystem Coordination Partner with DLB, Fluid2Chip, 2AI-DC, Galtra, ai2io, QC Servion, and other ecosystem entities to align client needs with available services.Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities are appropriately scoped, staffed, and advanced.Help clients understand how the ecosystem’s combined capabilities solve broader business and technical challenges.Support handoff of won work to program, PMO, or delivery teams.Business Development & Pipeline Support Build and maintain accurate pipeline information for assigned accounts.Support new opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit development.Assist with proposal coordination, client presentations, and follow-up materials.Partner with leadership on pricing strategy, opportunity prioritization, and commercial positioning.Technical & Commercial Engagement Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Understand and discuss topics related to data centers, MEP systems, engineering services, power generation, cooling infrastructure, commissioning, or technical products.Translate client needs into internal discussions with technical teams.Maintain follow-through on client requests, internal action items, and opportunity next steps.Strategic Partner Collaboration Support joint go-to-market activities with Accenture and other strategic partners as needed.Participate in account mapping, pipeline reviews, and coordinated pursuit discussions.Help identify opportunities where partnership relationships can expand client reach or service offerings.What Success Looks LikeAssigned accounts are actively managed and expanded.Clients understand the full breadth of QC Ecosystem services.Opportunities are identified, tracked, and advanced in a disciplined way.Internal teams are aligned around client needs and pursuit priorities.Cross-entity selling increases.Leadership has clear visibility into account activity, pipeline, and next steps.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.5–10+ years of experience in account management, business development, sales, client relationship management, or a related commercial role.Experience managing client relationships in a technical, infrastructure, engineering, construction, product, supplier, or services environment.Technical fluency in at least one of the following: data centers, MEP, engineering services, power generation, cooling infrastructure, commissioning, or related technical products.Strong ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.Proven ability to identify account growth opportunities and support complex sales or client expansion efforts.Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship management skills.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, colocation, AI/neo-cloud, or enterprise infrastructure clients.Experience selling or managing accounts involving products such as chillers, pumps, cooling systems, power equipment, or related infrastructure components.Experience in engineering consulting, MEP design, commissioning, construction, power generation, or technical services.Experience supporting large-dollar-value pursuits or strategic accounts.Experience working with consulting/alliance partners such as Accenture, Big 4, or similar.Physical Demands The following physical demands must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
