Leads and CRM access will be provided by the company.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp, everything through CRM tool.Convert leads into clientsUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutionsExplain the benefits and usage of different advertising products and servicesMaintain regular follow-ups with leads through CRMBuild and maintain professional client relationshipsCoordinate with internal teams regarding client requirementsAchieve monthly sales targetsRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of sales experienceExperience in advertising or media industries is mandatoryCandidates from other industries may also apply ONLY if they have a good understanding of different types of advertising and client communicationStrong communication and convincing skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setup, without much supervisionProfessional and confident speaking skillsGood understanding of how advertising helps businesses growBasic knowledge of different types of advertisements and branding solutionsLanguage RequirementsFluency in Hindi and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.
