Our consultants are quick on their feet, dedicated to driving quality and innovation.Residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in that country are eligible for this opportunity.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will typically have 6-10 years of professional experience and have demonstrated many of the following skills:A track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact.Experience leading development teams in an agile context.Experience decomposing and assigning work to your team members.Experience removing blockers, pulling devs out of blind alleys, and maintaining forward momentum.Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in ReactExperience with Redux ToolkitExperience with React QueryExperience with Node.js / KoaExperience with frontend build toolchainsStrong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniquesExperience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end servicesFamiliarity with version control systems like GitAbility to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team discussionsExperience with UI/UX principles and working closely with designers to create engaging interfacesB2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both written and verbal.
