You will conduct initial consultations and comprehensive assessments, clearly communicating the life-changing value of our medical consultations, therapy sessions, and cognitive assessments. Leveraging your organizational expertise, you will orchestrate seamless care journeys, coordinating critical sessions between patients, their caregivers, our expert medical team, and external care team members.Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, the medical team and internal team members.
