RESPONSIBILITIES AND MORE
We book qualified solar consultations for US homeowners. You call from our dialer, using our compliance-screened lists, and set appointments for licensed consultants who run the presentations. You are not selling solar. You are booking the conversation.
Compensation
This is commission only. You are paid per appointment that sits and qualifies, plus a back-end bonus on every appointment that becomes an installed deal. There is no hourly wage and no cap.
Here is the honest math. At 100 connected dials a day you should be setting 2 to 3 appointments daily, with roughly 60 to 70 percent of those sitting. That puts a consistent setter between $2,000 and $6,000 USD per month. Setters who hold that volume every day, keep show rate high with confirmation touches, and earn back-end bonuses on closed deals reach $10,000 and above. That tier is earned, not typical, and it takes 90 days minimum to get there.

What you'll do
Outbound calls to homeowners on lists we provide
Qualify on homeownership, roof condition, utility provider, and monthly bill
Book confirmed appointments directly onto consultant calendars
Send confirmation and reminder touches to protect show rate
Log every call outcome in our CRM the same day
Minimum 100 connected dials per working day
Requirements
Clear, neutral English that US homeowners understand easily on a phone call. All applicants complete a short video screen.
Prior phone sales, appointment setting, or call center experience
Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a noise-cancelling USB headset
Quiet, dedicated workspace with no background noise
Consistent daily block available between 9am and 7pm US Mountain Time
Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
Willing to follow our scripts and compliance rules exactly, including do-not-call and calling-window restrictions
Nice to have
Solar, home services, roofing, or energy background
Experience with power dialers or predictive dialers
CRM fluency
Contractor status
This is an independent contractor engagement. You set your own hours within the calling windows, provide your own equipment, and are responsible for your own taxes. W-9 or W-8BEN required before your first payout.
