Developer Role and Responsibilities :We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions across RPA and intelligent automation platforms. You'll own the technical architecture from discovery through deployment, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams.Key Responsibilities :Design end-to-end automation architecture — process assessment, solution design, infrastructure planning, and deployment strategyLead technical implementation across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism, selecting the right tool based on use case, scalability, and client landscapeDefine architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and coding/design best practices across automation teamsConduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for complex automation initiativesDesign solutions integrating RPA with APIs, databases, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Own non-functional requirements: scalability, security, exception handling, logging, and disaster recoveryGuide developers through solution design documents (SDD), PDD reviews, and code/architecture reviewsManage bot orchestration, licensing, environment setup (dev/test/prod), and CI/CD pipelines for automation deploymentCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsProvide technical governance, risk mitigation, and escalation support across the automation programMentor RPA developers and support capability building within the teamQualifications and Skills8+ years total IT experience, with 5+ years specifically in RPA/intelligent automation architectureHands-on architecture-level experience across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism (multi-tool exposure is mandatory, not single-platform)Proven track record delivering end-to-end automation solutions — from discovery/assessment to production go-liveStrong understanding of RPA architecture components: Orchestrator/Control Room, robots, queues, credential/asset managementHands-on experience with Document Understanding frameworks (UiPath Document Understanding, AI Builder, IQ Bot) for structured/semi-structured/unstructured data extractionExperience with ABBYY FlexiCapture / ABBYY OCR for intelligent document processing and integration with RPA workflowsExperience with process assessment and automation feasibility (COE frameworks)Working knowledge of integration patterns — APIs, web services, databases (SQL), and enterprise applicationsExposure to AI/ML-enabled automation is a strong plusFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization conceptsExcellent stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skillsRelevant certifications preferred: UiPath Solution Architect / Advanced RPA Developer, Blue Prism Solution Designer, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, ABBYY certification (if applicable)Desired characteristics in candidates :Experience setting up automation Centers of Excellence (CoE)Background in enterprise architecture or solution consulting roleEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh Emotional IQEmbraces challengesTeam-orientation rather than an individual contributorCompensation and start datesHiring now for immediate startSalary: Competitive base and bonus determined by level and experienceWonderBotz is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
