Requirements and responsibilities

Sourcing SpecialistSourcing CoordinatorEssential Functions of the JobSupports the recruiting team and helps place qualified candidates faster.Searches social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates.Sends recruit emails and organizing an effective employee referral system.Asks for referrals from internal or external networks for hard-to-fill roles.Contacts past candidates for new job opportunities.Has a hands-on experience with different ATS (NEXUS LaborEdge, Applicant Tracking System) and other Human Resources Management software.Assists in securing staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required.Maintains records on vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, holidays, excused and unexcused absences, and recommends appropriate action.Assists in administering the uniform policy for the facility.Works with the health services supervisor to schedule training classes.Performs other duties as assigned.
