We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional to join our growing real estate team operating in the Florida market (United States). This role combines transaction coordination + sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operations and client follow-up. We are a fast-moving team where everyone takes ownership, supports each other, and works together to close more deals while delivering an outstanding client experience. 🚀 WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏡 Transaction Coordination Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing. Track deadlines, contingencies, and contract milestones. Follow up with lenders, title companies, inspectors, buyers, and sellers. Organize and maintain transaction documents and files. Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the transaction. 📲 Sales Support Respond to inbound messages from prospects and clients via social media and other digital channels. Enter and manage leads in the team’s CRM system. Follow up with cold, warm, and active leads. Support the sales team with client follow-up and organization. Ensure every lead and client receives timely responses and follow-up. ⚙️ Operational Support Keep the CRM and client database organized and updated. Assist with administrative and operational tasks. Help maintain structure and clarity across transactions and client processes. 🎯 REQUIREMENTS Functional English (minimum B2 level). Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
