nClarity, an AI Agent Startup, is seeking an Operations Manager. nClarity is a fast-moving AI startup building Virtual Technician AI agents that ensure mission-critical HVAC equipment runs more reliably and efficiently. We also help the service providers that maintain this equipment automate a significant portion of their manual labor. We’re a small team with a big vision. You’ll have real ownership and be expected to learn on the job from day one. You will work directly with leadership, see your work ship quickly, and watch that work have an impact in the real world. Role Summary Own the day‑to‑day order‑to‑cash workflow for Pulse hardware: drive on‑time fulfillment, keep the team and systems in sync, and ensure clean handoffs from order entry through invoicing. Core Responsibilities ● End‑to‑end fulfillment: Track timelines and dependencies so orders are entered, product is picked/packed/shipped, and invoices are sent without delay. ● Inbox & task coverage: Monitor shared email and open tasks with the Fulfillment Team to maintain same‑day responses and SLA compliance. ● Reordering & supply support: Execute standard reordering process and assist supply planning at the direction of the Operations Manager. ● Product know‑how: Partner closely with the Operations Manager to absorb specialized knowledge on Pulse hardware configurations and kits. ● Documentation: Produce, update, and publish ops docs and job aids; keep version control and access tidy. ● Production data checks: Run simple, routine analyses (yields, cycle time, exceptions) under Ops Manager guidance to spot efficiency and cost‑reduction opportunities. ● Cadence & coordination: Join a small set of weekly stand‑ups to align with the Operations Manager and Fulfillment Team; capture and follow through on action items. ● Systems ownership: Operate and maintain Monday.com Operations boards—clean assignments, statuses, and due dates—review weekly. ● Continuous improvement: Proactively propose process tweaks and SOP changes; pilot, document, and roll out when approved. ● SOP management: Create, update, and publish standard operating procedures for ops processes as required. ● Business reporting: Under guidance of leadership, build and publish reporting on unit sales, customer base metrics What Success Looks Like ● on‑time fulfillment; clear and consistent documentation ● Shared inbox 24h response time ● Reorder triggers actioned on schedule; stockouts avoided as much as possible ● Current, accurate documentation and SOPs visible to the team ● Monday boards stay accurate & up to date ● Become a 2nd pair of eyes and ears for the Ops leader - ability to handle unique requests when exceptions are required, ask questions, anticipate issues ● Actively build specialized product knowledge over time
