ComfyIQ (Hit Notion LLC) makes therapeutic positioning pillows — the Wife Pillow and Husband Pillow — that help people sleep better and manage pain. We sell DTC through Shopify, on Amazon, and through a growing B2B channel of chiropractors and physical therapists. Currently at $2.06M annual revenue, targeting $3.54M in 2026.
We run an AI-first operation — 8 AI platforms handle execution across marketing, SEO, product imagery, development, and data. The Director of Operations is the human command layer above this AI fleet: the person who keeps everything moving, makes judgment calls AI cannot, and ensures the founder can focus on vision instead of firefighting.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Project Management (4 Active Workstreams):
- Shopify Website Relaunch — Manage the developer, own the timeline, QA pages. Live by Q2 2026.
- SaaS Platform Launch — Project manage the ComfyIQ Practice Platform for chiropractors via GoHighLevel. Onboard 100 doctors by EOY 2026.
- SEO Recovery & Growth — Coordinate SEO contractor to fix 100+ broken blog titles, audit site, plan SEO for new launch.
- Amazon Brand Management — Hire and onboard Amazon specialist. Oversee PPC, listings, and A+ content.
Team & Contractor Management:
- Write job descriptions and project briefs for each contractor role
- Post jobs, screen candidates using AI-assisted questionnaires and vibe coding assessments
- Onboard contractors with clear expectations, deliverables, and deadlines
- Hold contractors accountable via weekly check-ins and milestone reviews
CEO Support & AI Fleet Coordination:
- Morning brief to Jay — what was completed, what's blocked, what needs his decision
- Keep the project board current so Jay always has a live view of all moving parts
- Direct AI bots via clear written task instructions and review their outputs
- Write SOPs as you build processes so the company never depends on one person
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years operations, project management, or executive assistant experience
- Proven experience managing remote contractors across multiple workstreams
- You vibe code — you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0) to build, not just chat
- Excellent written English
- E-commerce or digital marketing experience (Shopify, Amazon, or equivalent)
- Based in the Americas and available to work Eastern Time hours — non-negotiable
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
- Shopify store management experience
- Experience hiring remote contractors (Workana, Torre.ai, Upwork, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with Airtable, Make.com, Klaviyo, ClickUp, or similar tools
