Requirements and responsibilities

What You’ll Lead: Governance of Recipe Master (ingredient hierarchies, yields, portioning, menu alignment); End-to-end inventory lifecycle optimization across stores, distribution, and central systems; POS-driven depletion logic and reconciliation; Supplier ordering workflows: forecasting → PO lifecycle → goods receipt → invoice matching; API-first integrations across POS, ERP, inventory, and analytics platforms; Controls for inventory accuracy, variance, shrinkage, and compliance; Cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance & Engineering; Vendor evaluations, implementation governance, and continuous improvement; KPI ownership: COGS %, waste %, inventory turns, system uptime, and more.
