If you want to be part of a team defining how AI transforms high-stakes knowledge work, this is the place to do it.About the role:We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on high-value accounts within the US Mid-Size Law Firm segment. You will work alongside the VP of Sales to execute a sales strategy that results in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.What you'll be doing:Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipelineCultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfactionPlan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close businessAttend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch DeepJudge and meet existing and prospective clientsTravel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our toolsLearn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplaceWhat we are looking for:5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to legal or regulated industriesA self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment US-based candidate (East Coast preferred), able to operate effectively in a fully remote environmentAbility to work independently, prioritize, and "get things done" without an established regional templateHonest seller approach, consulting internally to ensure we deliver on our promisesEnterprise search or agentic AI experience is an assetWhat you can look forward to:Shaping the future of a high-impact deep-tech AI startupA fast-paced learning path, where you grow professionally every dayCompetitive compensation, flexible working arrangements, fun work environmentCompensation:Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The expected compensation range is USD 220,000 OTE and USD 270,000 OTE. Eligible employees may also receive incentives and benefits as part of the total compensation package.
