Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the US IT Recruiting/Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, acquiring direct clients, and driving revenue growth in the US market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services in the US market.Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, VMS clients, and direct clients.Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiting teams to fulfill positions.Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Track market trends, competitor activities, and client demands in the US IT staffing industry.Prepare business reports, forecasts, and client presentations.Ensure excellent client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.Required SkillsStrong understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruiting processes.Experience working with W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time requirements.Knowledge of VMS/MSP hiring models and job portals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in lead generation and account management.Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.Familiarity with ATS tools and CRM platforms.Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.Proven track record of acquiring direct clients and closing deals.Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dice, Monster, and other recruiting platforms.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)New client acquisitionRevenue generationNumber of closuresClient retention rateRequirement pipeline growthTeam coordination and delivery successPlease share profiles to praveen@skysoftusa.net
