As one of the founding recruiters at Fathom, you’ll own every aspect of your roles, and have a critical role in building recruiting programs.You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and our leadership team to drive outcomes—not just activity. We’re looking for a proven track record of finding and closing top talent, the ability to build trusting relationships quickly, and exceptional communication skills.
