This role requires balancing multiple tasks under tight timelines, while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards. Officers support content publishing, SEO integration, reporting, and user-experience checks to ensure event listings and campaigns are both effective and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities:Content & PublishingPublish and update event listings, blogs, and guides in CMS.Ensure accuracy in metadata, images, and formatting.Handle multiple publishing requests while meeting SLA deadlines (standard: 48h, priority: 24h).Quality & AccuracyPerform QA checks to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and brand tone.Conduct UX reviews of live pages and recommend improvements.Identify issues in structure, placement, or design and escalate with solutions.SEO & OptimizationImplement keyword, tagging, and structured data from SEO briefs.Track performance of published content and provide recommendations.Ensure to follow SEO guidelines delivered before publishingData & ReportingMaintain organized reporting sheets and dashboards.Collect and analyze publishing metrics (velocity, errors, SEO performance).Deliver clear reports with insights and actionable recommendations.Tools & CollaborationUse Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for structured workflows.Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, image/SEO assistants) to increase efficiency.Use design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma – nice to have) for visuals or QA checks.Collaborate cross-functionally with Event Ops, BD, Creative, and Performance.Problem Solving & User experience ContributionIdentify blockers or inefficiencies in content workflows.Suggest improvements to website/app functionality that enhance user experience.Document issues professionally and recommend actionable solutions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field.0–2 years of experience.Preferred industry experience: Copywriting or Data Entry.
