We are looking for a Patient Scheduler to join our growing team at The Coordinators. You will be working with our client in the Dental industry in a fully remote capacity. If you are passionate about discovering your potential, this is the heart of what we do. In this role, you will support a dental practice by handling patient communication, administrative coordination, and system-based tasks using Dentrix. You will assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and general front-office support. The ideal candidate has prior dental experience, is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), speaks clear, neutral English without a noticeable accent, and is confident in navigating dental software systems. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow based on performance. Responsibilities: - Answer and manage incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy. - Handle inbound and outbound patient communication professionally and clearly. - Support scheduling and appointment coordination. - Work within Dentrix to manage patient records and administrative updates. - Assist with patient follow-ups and confirmations. - Maintain organized and accurate documentation within the system. - Support general administrative workflows for the dental office. - Conduct outbound cold calls. - Assist with insurance verification processes. Requirements and Qualifications: - Prior dental office experience (required). - Experience using Dentrix (required). - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. - Clear, neutral spoken English with no noticeable accent. - Strong written communication skills. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Comfortable handling patient conversations professionally. - Able to work independently in a remote setting. - Reliable home office setup with strong internet connection. Location: - Remote. Weekly Hours: - 20 hours weekly. Schedule: - Within 8 AM – 5 PM EST.
