The role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor payments and customer receipts accurately and on timeTransfer and reconcile invoice data between ERP and QBOMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balancesAddress billing questions, credits, and payment disputesPerform bank and ledger reconciliationsAssist with month-end close and reporting supportIdentify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiencyRequired QualificationsDirect accounting experience in cosmetic, medical device, healthcare, or aesthetics industries (non-negotiable)Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP-based accounting systemsExperience handling high transaction volumes with accuracyClear, professional communication skills suitable for customer-facing interactionsStrong organizational skills and problem-solving abilityMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
