This role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution presentations, negotiations, and contract execution. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex SaaS sales environments and excels at building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.WHAT YOU'LL DODrive new business revenue by managing the full sales cycle for enterprise prospectsDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnershipsConduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectivesDeliver compelling presentations and tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer requirementsPartner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experienceNegotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company guidelinesAccurately forecast pipeline activity and sales results to sales leadershipBuild and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders and executive decision-makersStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and HR technology market dynamicsParticipate in a highly compliant environment while assisting in maintaining company security and compliance controlsOther duties as assignedWHAT YOU'LL BRING5–7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of quota achievementProven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles involving C-level and executive stakeholdersStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate value-based solutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecast accuratelyStrong business acumen with the ability to understand HR, compliance, or workforce management challengesWhy join usAt AbsenceSoft, we LEAD with our values:Lead with Innovation - We create meaningful change through intelligence, focus and passion. The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $240k - $260k.The pay range for this role is: 105,600 - 132,000 USD per year (US Very High)
