We get there with camera-centric control system as well as technical innovation in 3D design, semantic systems, AI/ML, and knowledge graphs — all designed to live on the open web and deliver professional grade control over generative AI models.We are an interdisciplinary team of engineers, artists and designers that have built and shipped multiple end-to-end products at companies like Apple, Unity, Pixar, ILM, Google and Electronic Arts. Intangible is venture-funded by a16z Speedrun, Crosslink Capital and prominent angels.We are looking for like minded creative technologists who love their craft and building groundbreaking products.ResponsibilitiesGrowth Operations & AutomationBuild and manage automated workflows across the marketing and sales stack using tools like Clay, Zapier, and MailchimpMaintain the operational backbone of our GTM motion — keeping systems connected and data flowingIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive work and increase team velocityMaintain CRM hygiene and support pipeline reportingLead Generation & OutreachPlan and execute webinars end-to-endSupport outbound prospecting by managing lead lists and outreach sequencesManage inbound inquiries across email and LinkedInTest new growth channels including ads, partnerships, and co-marketing campaignsOwn Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure Intangible surfaces in AI-driven search and discoveryLifecycle Marketing & ContentManage lifecycle email programs including onboarding, feature launches, and re-engagementMaintain tutorial and educational content as the product evolvesCoordinate with designers, writers, and video creators to produce marketing assetsRepurpose content across channels including email, social, and outboundManage Intangible’s social presence and support product launch momentsGrowth & Operations SupportMaintain and update the company website to reflect current messaging, product positioning, and campaignsManage core marketing and sales systems and ensure tools are functioning effectively across teamsTrack campaign performance and support reporting on marketing and growth initiativesKey CompetenciesWe're a small, fast-moving team, so comfort wearing multiple hats and flexibility across projects and priorities is essential.2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations (ideally at a startup)Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar platformsStrong written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with marketing and sales tools (CRM, CMS like Webflow, email platforms)Comfortable creating simple visuals in Canva, Figma, or similar toolsComfortable working as a generalist across marketing, sales, and operationsHigh ownership and initiativeFamiliarity with B2B SaaS products is a plusBonus QualitiesExperience with Clay automationsExperience with WebflowFamiliarity with Gleap or similar customer support toolsInterest in GEO / AI search visibilityExperience coordinating freelance creativesPrior early-stage startup experienceDemonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into daily workflows to improve speed and efficiencyBenefits We are a remote-first distributed company with HQ in the SF/Bay AreaHealth insurance for you and your dependents401(k) plan with employer contributionFlexible PTOTechnical stack keywords: CRM, Clay, Zapier, Webflow, Mailchimp, Attio, Gleap, Surface Labs, Figma, Canva, automation, growth marketing, email marketing, GEO, SEO, pipeline reporting, Linear
